

An engaging workshop on managing workplace stress was conducted for our faculty members, led by Dr. H.C. Mohindroo, Campus Director.
The session highlighted the everyday challenges educators face and introduced practical strategies—ranging from relaxation techniques and breathing exercises to positive thinking and time management—designed to promote a healthier work-life balance.
Through this workshop, our teaching staff gained valuable tools to reduce stress, enhance focus, and cultivate a more balanced, productive lifestyle
