D.S. Sekhon, Chairman
Mr. D.S. Sekhon is a technocrat and management professional having more than 30 years experience in industry and education sector. He is an alumni of Punjab Agriculture University, passing B.Tech. and MBA from the prestigious institution. A visionary and a hardcore professional, he has lead Quest Infosys Group to unprecedented heights with his innovative thoughts and unrelenting approach. He has a deep understanding of all models of education delivery i.e. Full Time, Part Time & Online Education and pioneered many successful projects in the education sector in Punjab.
He has been the Founding President of All India PTU DEP Associates, a body representing more than 2000 associates of PTU DEP and serving more than 1.25 Lac students with quality technical education. He has also been a member of the DEP Council of Punjab Technical University, an advisory & statutory body of PTU DEP.
H.P.S. Kanda, Vice Chairman & Executive Director
Mr. H.P.S. Kanda is an accomplished IT professional having more than 30 years of experience in the field of education and software development. He is an MCA and has got International certifications from Oracle Corp., Sun Microsystems and Novell Inc. USA for different technologies offered by these industry giants. He has been a member of the Board of Studies of PTU. He led the team which conceptualized, developed and executed the EDP (Electronic Data Processing) project at PTU DEP and has played an instrumental role in transforming it into one of the most vibrant systems.
He has been the Founding President of All India PTU DEP Associates, a body representing more than 2000 associates of PTU DEP and serving more than 1.25 Lac students with quality technical education. He has also been a member of the DEP Council of Punjab Technical University, an advisory & statutory body of PTU DEP.
J.P.S. Dhaliwal, Vice Chairman & Head, International Affairs
Mr. J.P.S. Dhaliwal is an entrepreneur with more than 25 years experience in different fields. He is an innovative development professional with extensive experience in the design, delivery, evaluation and enhancement of effective policies and reforms.
Dr. HC Mahendru, Campus Director cum Director/Principal, Quest Infosys Foundation Group of Institutions.
Dr. Harish Chander Mahendru holds a Ph.D. and a Master’s degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering from IKGPTU, Jalandhar, and NIT Allahabad, respectively. He has over 40 years of professional experience spanning both military service and academia.
He served in the Indian Air Force (IAF) as an Electronics and Telecommunication Engineer for 20 years, where he was involved in the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of navigational aids and telecommunication systems. He has held numerous teaching and administrative roles across various institutions of repute.
Prof. R.S. Salaria, Chief Advisor, Strategic & Quality Initiatives
An alumnus of IIT Delhi, Punjabi University Patiala, and Guru Nanak Dev University Amritsar, Prof. R.S. Salaria is a distinguished educator, author, motivator, and social reformer having a rich experience of 38 years. He is a Certified Software Quality Professional (Govt. of India), Sun Certified Programmer and Trainer (USA), and a Certified Google Educator in Android Development with Kotlin. He has authored several books in Computer Science, Engineering Mathematics, and Placement Preparation, including an AICTE-recommended text.
A life member of leading professional bodies like CSI, IETE, ISTE, and PAS, he has conducted over 150 faculty and student empowerment workshops nationwide and actively contributes to academic reforms, NEP 2020, and outcome-based education, while also promoting value education, gender equality, and social awareness.
Dr. Aarti Mahajan, Director QGI
Dr. Aarti Mahajan, Ph.D., MBA., and M.A. in English, serves as the Director, QGI and Coordinator for International Students. With over 20 years of rich teaching & administrative experience, she specializes in designing and delivering both short-term and long-term ESL programmes tailored for national and International English learners. She is actively involved in training undergraduate and postgraduate students in Communicative English, Business Communication & Personality Development. Her expertise lies in enhancing language proficiency, fostering effective communication & employability skills, and supporting students in adapting to diverse academic environments.
